Every branch on brand. Every branch local.
Head office writes the post once. Kerpow copies it to every location with the right town, phone number and manager, and each branch approves and publishes on its own accounts.
Free during the pilot. No card needed.
- “Branches post off-brand, or don't post at all.”
- “Copying the same post to twenty pages by hand, then fixing the phone numbers.”
- “Each Google Business profile needs its own updates and review replies.”
How it fits into your week
- 1
Set up each location once
Town, address, phone, manager, booking link and opening hours. Each branch connects its own social accounts and Google Business profile.
- 2
Write once with placeholders
"New in {town}? Call {manager} on {phone}." Templates keep the brand consistent.
- 3
Copy to every location
One click makes a draft for each branch with its details filled in. A branch missing a detail is skipped and listed, never posted half-finished.
- 4
Each branch approves
Each location follows its own approval rules, and head office sees what's planned and waiting at every branch in one table.
The features that matter most to you
Multi-location and franchises
Each branch keeps its own accounts, approvals and details. Write a post once and copy it to every location with the town, phone number and manager filled in.
Read more →Google Business posts on autopilot
Keep your Google Business Profile busy with updates, offers and events, alongside your other channels, and see how people find you.
How it works →More reviews, and reviews that become posts
Email review requests to customers who agreed to hear from you, with one polite reminder. Good reviews become branded quote-card posts automatically, if you switch it on.
How it works →Approvals without the chasing
Clients approve, comment or ask for changes from a magic link. No logins, no email ping-pong, and a clear record of who approved what.
Read more →Snap a photo, get a post
Business owners get a private link for their phone. Snap the finished job or the new product, say a few words, and Kerpow writes the post with the photos attached, ready to check.
How it works →Reports that win renewals
Monthly reports with your branding, as a link or a PDF, sent automatically if you like, plus competitor monitoring for each client.
Read more →Local, without losing control
Branch managers can add their own local posts from their phone, while head office keeps templates, approvals and the brand kit in one place. Agencies can run the whole network as one group of clients.
How Kerpow compares →Before you start
I'm not a photographer. Where do the pictures come from?
Three places: your own photos (snap them on your phone with your private link, no app needed), on-brand images and slides Kerpow makes for you, and short videos. AI-made images and videos are labelled where the platforms require it.
Can Kerpow help us get more Google reviews?
Yes. Kerpow emails review requests to customers who have agreed to hear from you, with one reminder and an opt-out in every email, and gives you a QR code for the counter or the van. Good reviews can become branded quote-card posts.
We have several branches. Does Kerpow handle that?
Yes. Each location keeps its own accounts, approvals and details such as town, phone and manager. Write a post once and copy it to every location with those details filled in.
What is Kerpow?
Kerpow is an AI social media assistant for busy UK businesses and small agencies. It builds a brand kit and a strategy from your website, writes on-brand posts, images and short videos for each platform, collects approval by magic link and publishes to 15 channels.
Who is Kerpow for?
Business owners who run their own social media and want it done well without spending hours on it, and agencies of one to ten people who run social media for several clients. When you sign up you choose a business account or an agency account; you can switch later.
Does Kerpow post without my approval?
No. Kerpow only publishes posts that have been approved, by you or by your client. Autopilot and Ask Kerpow write drafts, never live posts. Agencies can choose approve-by-default with a deadline for clients who want it, and sensitive topics and videos always need a person.
How does Kerpow build a brand kit?
You enter a website address. Kerpow reads the site's pages and visual identity, then fills in the logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice, content pillars, key facts and linked social accounts. You can edit anything, upload brand guidelines as a PDF, or fill the kit in by hand.
